The device makes feedback noise, what should I do?
To avoid the squealing sound from the speakers, please mount them away from the users’ lecture area, and also turn down the microphone volume control knob on the receiver.

Where should the IR sensors be properly mounted?

The receiver won’t turn on – power light is off, what should I do?
Please check if the power supply is plugged into both the wall outlet and the receiver. If the receiver still doesn’t work, please test another power supply or contact us.

How can I eliminate “dead spots” or the MIC crackling noise?
● Turn off the microphone power when not using.
●Do not pat the microphone in use.
●Mount the sensors at the appropriate positions and keep the infrared connection well-mounted.

What’s the warranty period for IR sound field systems and what does it cover?
We sincerely offer our clients one- year warranty.
Note: Batteries and damages by misuse won’t be provided with free replacement or repairs.

Can IR systems work outdoors?IR microphone systems do not work outdoors. The IR signals from the transmitters (microphones) transmit out and receive through sensors and the receiver.
